Service Description

This nine-hour seminar will take you on a journey of self-discovery, enhanced networking, and hands on experience into the dynamics of leadership. Step into the Virden Retreat Center at 7:45am and depart at 5:00pm ready to take on new challenges in your business and personal life. We will provide the resources: lunch, coffee, drinks and more. All you need to bring is an open mind and a willingness to participate in activities to stimulate your leadership abilities into action. Participants will be emailed a DISC personality assessment prior to the seminar. It is extremely important the assessment is completed prior to arrival.
