MASTERMIND

A Dr. John Maxwell Team (JMT) Mastermind is a dynamic learning environment encompassing a small group of professionals coming together for deliberate leadership development through shared experiences. These facilitated leadership development masterminds are guided by a certified JMT professional  through one of Dr. Maxwell's leadership books and curriculums. These experiences last 5-6 weeks, meets one day a week for a one and a half hours session.
