It has always been a great honor for Michael to be asked to be a keynote speaker at events across the country. He has had the privileged to speak at military promotions, awards, graduations, and professional military education events. Additional, he has addressed high schools, middle schools, Boy Scouts, Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC), Civil Air Patrol, and community events.

What makes him successful, and sought after, is his focus on the organization and the people he supports. A keynote is never about the speaker. A keynote is about reaching out to the audience and connecting the topic with passion to stir the participants into action. A great keynote happens when individuals remember the event a week later when they have started incorporating the topic into their daily life.

Dr. Michael Bellerose speaks on numerous topics. Some of these included: Patriotism and our American Flag, leadership's roll in team development, the perception of failure and its impact on development, dynamics of teams, personal development, and the importance of education.

Dr. Bellerose is a husband to his beautiful wife Kym, of 22 years. A father to an incredible daughter, Kinsey. A United States Air Force Veteran of 28 years. An airline pilot, flying the Airbus 321 for a major airline. The founder and CEO of Race4Warriors, a nonprofit organization honoring and supporting our Middle East Veterans. Lastly, the founder and president of Dr Bellerose Enterprises, providing personal and team development programs to enhance organization at the tactical, operational and strategic level.
Michael grew up in the small town of Bow, New Hampshire. He graduated from Concord High School in 1986, a part of the class of Christa McAuliffe (Space Shuttle Challenger). Michael was never destined to be a traditional college student. However, he entered college right out of High School in 1986, but only completed one year. Without passion, desire, and a clear dream he left college and joined the United States Air Force. On his journey he was challenged numerous times. When faced with new challenges, he tackled them with continual education through traditional Universities, Colleges, and developmental organizations. His educational journey was deliberate and purposeful. In the end he received three Associate Degrees (Criminal Justice, Human Resources, and Science and Technology), Bachelor of Science, MBA, a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership, and numerous certifications. This educational approach allowed him to rise from leading three to a strategic leader impacting over fifty-three thousand. Because his journey was not a race to the top, his ability to influence and lead is steadfast and long lasting.
Throughout his life he always put people first, was valued based, and truly exemplified the qualities of a servant leader. The educational opportunities he accepted, he shared. For eleven years he was a lead facilitator on the Air Force Reserve Command's Senior Noncommissioned Officer Leadership Development program. He traveled the country with a team of twenty training thousands of Airmen in critical leadership principles. In 2007 he was hired by the USAF First Sergeant Academy as the AFRC Course Director. He quickly rose to Director of Operation, Director of Education and Commandant. Throughout his life he has never traveled alone. His passion has always been and will always be developing leaders to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.
